Shipping and Returns Policy

  • Areas served: France and the United States
  • Order processing time: 2 to 4 days (before shipment)
  • Estimated delivery time: 6 to 10 days for France and 8 to 12 days for the United States
  • Carrier(s): La Poste (Colissimo) for France, US Express Shipping for the United States
  • Shipping costs: Free on the entire catalog

A confirmation email with a tracking number is sent as soon as your order ships.

Returns — Customers in France and the European Union

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to notify us of your intent to return (right of withdrawal), and a further 14 days to send the product back to us.

To start a return:

  1. Contact us at contact@panthersdeal.com with your order number
  2. We'll provide you with the return address and instructions
  3. Send the product back in its original, unused condition

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product, using the payment method used for the purchase.

Returns — Customers in the United States

Orders delivered to the United States are not eligible for a standard return. The only exception is a product that arrived broken or damaged in transit.

If this happens, please follow this exact procedure:

  1. Do not send the package back through the carrier, even if the item is visibly broken.
  2. Take a clear photo of the damaged product.
  3. Email this photo to contact@panthersdeal.com, along with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  4. After reviewing your request, if it is approved, a replacement product will be sent to you at no additional cost.

No physical return is required or accepted for US customers — only the photo is needed to process your claim.

Products Excluded from the Right of Return

For orders delivered to the United States: all returns are excluded, except for the “broken/damaged product” procedure described above.

Defective Product or Delivery Error

In the event of a defective product or an error on our part, contact contact@panthersdeal.com — return shipping costs (for France/EU customers) will then be covered by Gaël Gagnon (trade name: Panthers Deal).
