Terms of Sale
Article 1 — Purpose
These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern sales made on the website panthers-deal.com, published by Gaël Gagnon (trade name: Panthers Deal) (Sole Proprietorship (micro-enterprise), SIRET 108 586 074 00016).
Article 2 — Prices
Product prices are listed in euros (€), all taxes included. Gaël Gagnon (trade name: Panthers Deal) reserves the right to modify prices at any time; products are invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
Article 3 — Order
Any order placed on the website constitutes unreserved acceptance of these Terms. An order confirmation is sent by email to the address provided by the customer.
Article 4 — Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Accepted payment methods are: Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal.
Article 5 — Delivery
- Delivery area: France and the United States
- Estimated delivery time: 6 to 10 days for France and 8 to 12 days for the United States
- Shipping costs: Free
These timeframes are given for guidance only. In case of a significant delay, the customer may contact contact@panthersdeal.com.
Article 6 — Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, customers residing in France or the European Union have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify their decision by email to contact@panthersdeal.com or by mail to 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France.
For customers residing in the United States, this French statutory right of withdrawal does not apply; the return terms specific to this market are detailed in Article 7 and in our Shipping and Returns Policy.
Article 7 — Returns and Refunds
Return terms are detailed in our Shipping and Returns Policy, and differ depending on the delivery destination (France/EU or United States). Where applicable, refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the payment method used for the purchase.
Article 8 — Legal Warranties
All products sold benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
Article 9 — Liability
Gaël Gagnon (trade name: Panthers Deal) cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased product.

Article 11 — Disputes and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. See the mediation clause in the Legal Notice.
